is it possible to find vans (empty in the back) with white plate? i was looking all over and all the vans are with yellow plate (i know its for work only). i want to travel around with a big car. what is the diffrent bitween "vans+moms" to "vans - moms free? i know that moms means taxes but what does it mean? if i buy a car with a german plate, how can i change the registraition to my name? (cause bassically as a tourist i'm alowed to drive a europian car all over europe with out changing the plates..) how do you call the most basic inshurense ? (in danish ..) thank you very much for your help :)

vans+moms means that you can only use the car with a business purpose. Moms is 25% af the price of the car.

Moms free means that you can use the car for personal use. (if the car is reg. after june 1998, you will have to pay 5000,- kr extra every year as an extra tax - if you use the car for personal use)

The basic insurance in Denmark is called: ansvarsforsikring.

I dont think you have to change the registration to your name in Denmark if things are like you tell them.

And I dont think its possible to find a whiteplated van without seats behind. We pay a 180% extra taxes for those seats, so if the car has white plates, there is allways backseats.
